Create a Short Link
Enter a valid destination, optionally claim a 3–60 character custom slug, save, and copy either URL. Explain that the generated key stays active alongside the custom URL. Short Link editor permission required.
Find, sort, and filter Short Links
Search target URL/code/page title; sort by update time, creation time, clicks, or alphabetically; filter by Link Tree membership, source, destination health, and click activity; and use pagination and empty/error states. Short Link viewer permission required.

What visitors see on a public Link Tree

Configure broken-destination cleanup
Set the organization-wide 1–365 day grace period (default seven), understand regular health checks and persistent HTTP errors, and explain that the countdown resets when a destination becomes healthy. The page can be viewed with either FoxLink view permission; saving requires both Short Link and Link Tree edit permissions.
What automatic FoxLink removal means
Automatic cleanup uses the same tombstone behavior as manual deletion: removed generated keys and aliases stay permanently reserved and return 410 Gone.
