See where a Short Link is used

Check the Link Trees that reference a shared Short Link.

Overview

One Short Link can be used in multiple trees. A destination edit or deletion can therefore affect more than the library row you are looking at.

Review memberships

  1. Open the membership list

    Find the Short Link and select its Link Tree membership badge or action.

  2. Read each tree’s status

    Check whether the referenced tree is a draft, published, or archived. Open relevant trees before making changes.

Plan shared changes

Removing a tree item is different from deleting its Short Link. To change or delete a shared destination, you need the corresponding Link Tree edit permission as well as Short Link edit access.

Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
