Delete a Link Tree permanently
Permanently remove a tree and disable all of its public addresses.
Overview
Deleting a Link Tree makes its generated and custom URLs return 410 Gone. Those identifiers remain permanently reserved and cannot be reused for another tree.
Review and delete
- Check the target
Verify the tree name, key, custom URLs, and any campaigns or QR codes using them.
- Consider the intended outcome
Archive keeps the public page available; a redirect sends visitors elsewhere. Choose deletion only for permanent removal.
- Confirm deletion
Use Delete Link Tree, read the warning, and wait for the result.
Underlying links are separate
Removing the tree is not the same as deleting every shared Short Link it referenced. Review those destinations separately before taking further cleanup actions.
