Overview
FoxLink keeps complete lifetime totals while daily, source, and device detail is queryable for 365 days. The detailed window and lifetime cards therefore answer different questions.
Compare the right numbers
Use lifetime totals for all recorded activity and the selected range for available daily or source analysis. Older activity can remain in totals without appearing in the current detailed breakdown.
Explain a difference
Before reporting a discrepancy, check whether one number is lifetime and another is limited to a range or retained detail. Include the tree, metric label, and exact dates when asking support to investigate.
