X publishing settings and limits
Check X text and media compatibility before scheduling.

Vue d’ensemble
X publishing has its own text budget and attachment rules. MediaFox’s planner validates the combination you select rather than assuming all media supported by another platform will work on X.
Check availability first
X connections are currently under maintenance in the production connection dialog. Existing profiles can also have publishing or collection paused. Valid copy or a successful settings save does not reopen the integration. Read the availability message before planning an X campaign.
Prepare the X version
Where publishing is available, review the X-specific caption, character warning, and media selection. Check whether the selected images, GIF, or video form a supported combination. Preview the result and resolve errors before saving.
Held posts and limited rollout
Some organizations have pilot X budgets and usage controls in Page Management. These are provider-cost estimates and availability controls, not a customer invoice or generally available billing feature. Old or overdue posts may remain held for review after publishing resumes. Review and deliberately reschedule them instead of assuming they will all publish automatically.
After a platform error
Read the publishing response in Post Details and check the page connection. Some actions, including deletion, depend on the platform integration’s current capabilities. Repeatedly submitting the same rejected post will not change those capabilities.
