Upload media and check that it is ready for the selected platforms.

Vue d’ensemble
Add files in Post Planner’s Content step using the file picker or drag and drop. The media types you can publish depend on the platform and post format.
Upload and review
- Choose files
Select the images or video you want to use. Check the compatibility information for your chosen platforms.
- Wait for completion
Watch upload and processing progress. Use Retry for a failed file or cancel an unwanted upload.
- Check the preview
Confirm the order, orientation, crop, and platform-specific validation before scheduling.
A file is rejected
Read the type, size, duration, or format message. Convert or replace that file instead of repeatedly uploading the same invalid version. A visible thumbnail does not always mean background processing has finished.
