Insert placeholders for page and scheduling information into your post text.

Vue d’ensemble
Macros represent values such as the page name, posting time, posting date, platform, or posting type. They help adapt repeated text without manually entering every value.
Insert and check
- Open the macro menu
Choose the field version, then select a macro from its macro menu. The placeholder is added after the current text; move it within the field if needed.
- Review its context
Check the selected page, platform, and publishing time that supply the macro’s value.
- Preview before saving
Inspect the resolved text where previewed, especially when posting to multiple pages or times.
After rescheduling
Recheck wording that depends on a date or time. Avoid typing a fixed date next to a date macro unless you intend both to appear.
