Troubleshoot missing AI settings or logs
Check inheritance, scope, and AI allowance when agent information is unavailable.

Vue d’ensemble
Missing settings do not necessarily mean your policy was lost. The post may be inheriting organization defaults, or the selected scope may not contain an override or activity.
Check before changing anything
- Confirm Comments Central is enabled and the intended organization or post is selected.
- Read inherited or override indicators; no override can be the expected state.
- Check AI allowance and any rule or platform restriction when actions are not running.
- Retry a failed settings or log request after refreshing the affected panel.
Persistent problem
Include the organization, post or comment ID, exact message, and approximate time for support. Do not create duplicate overrides simply to make an empty log show activity.
