Read the parent comment and replies before taking action.

A comment can look different when read on its own. Opening the thread helps you see what the person was responding to and whether a teammate has already replied.
Read the thread
- Open the comment
Select a comment in Comments Central or the Comments tab of Post Details.
- Read surrounding replies
Check the parent, available replies, source post, and page identity.
- Use the appropriate action
Reply or moderate only after reviewing the conversation and the actions offered.
Thread cannot load
Retry once and check the page connection. The original comment may have been removed or made inaccessible on the platform. Keep its source details if support needs to investigate.
