- Open the thread
Read the parent and recent replies to avoid repeating a teammate’s answer.
- Prepare the response
Write your reply or edit an AI suggestion. Check names, facts, tone, and any links.
- Send and verify
Use Send and wait for the result. Check that the reply appears in the thread.
Sending fails
If the action is unsupported, use the original platform where appropriate. After an uncertain timeout, check for a posted reply before sending again. Review the page’s connection and spam warnings for persistent failures.
