Schedule item visibility

Control when a Link Tree destination appears to visitors.

Vue d’ensemble

An item’s Visible switch and optional start and end times determine whether it is shown. These controls affect its place on the tree, not the availability of its direct Short Link.

Set visibility

Open the item
Expand the destination in the composer.
Choose timing
Set Visible and any Visible from or Visible until values. Check the timezone and ensure the end follows the start.
Check limits and publish
Read the available and total item counts. Make room if a limit is reached, then save and publish.

A scheduled item stays hidden

Check whether the tree version containing it was published, its time window is active, and its Short Link is still available. An unavailable destination is hidden from public visitors.
