Enable FoxLink and assign its permissions

Enable FoxLink and give teammates the right Short Link and Link Tree roles.

Vue d’ensemble

FoxLink contains two related tools with separate permissions. Someone can view or edit Short Links without automatically having the same access to Link Trees.

Set up access

  1. Enable the add-on

    An owner opens Add-On Management and enables FoxLink for the organization.

  2. Assign roles

    In User Management, assign Short Link Viewer or Editor and Link Tree Viewer or Editor as needed.

  3. Check combined actions

    Give both relevant editor roles to teammates who manage shared destinations used inside trees.

Menu visible but an action is blocked

Check the role for that specific action. Creating a destination inside a tree needs Short Link editing as well as Link Tree editing; enabling FoxLink alone does not grant either role.
