Choose the appropriate moderation action and understand whether it can be reversed.

Vue d’ensemble

Hide, Unhide, and Delete are different actions. Their availability depends on the social platform, comment state, connection, and your permissions.

Moderate the comment

Read the thread
Check the source and surrounding conversation before removing or hiding a message.
Choose the action
Use Hide to apply the platform’s supported hiding behavior, Unhide to reverse it, or Delete to remove the comment permanently.
Confirm and check
Read the confirmation, wait for the result, and review the updated state.

Unavailable or failed action

Refresh the thread to check whether someone already moderated it. If the platform does not support the action through MediaFox, use the original platform’s tools where appropriate.
