Copy or open a CDN URL

Copy a media file’s direct address or open it for inspection.

Overview

The CDN URL points directly to the hosted media. It is different from the MediaFox library-item page, which includes internal details and usage information.

Use the file address

  1. Open media details

    Find the library item and locate its CDN URL.

  2. Copy or open

    Use the copy control, or open the address to inspect the actual file. If copying is blocked, select and copy the displayed URL manually.

Share with care

Only share media that is appropriate for the recipient. Copying a direct file URL does not give someone access to your organization, and a saved URL should not be treated as a permanent backup.
