Filter and sort content

Overview

Filters combine with your search query. A post must match the active selection, so several filters can reduce results more than you expect.

Useful filters and sorts

• Select pages, platforms, content types, post origins, or publishing states.
• Choose a date preset, a custom range, or the unlimited range where offered.
• Use internal categories and tags to focus on a campaign.
• Filter related crossposts or custom agent settings where supported.
• Sort by date, relevance, or an available performance metric.

Dates in a shared search

A URL can carry explicit filters or a rolling time preset. Reopening a last-24-hours link resolves that period when opened rather than preserving the original email’s timestamp. Inspect the dates before comparing counts with an older screenshot.

Compare results fairly

Not every platform supplies every metric. When sorting by performance, check platform coverage and the content’s age. Reset filters if a known post disappears. Read partial-search and image-search limit notices before selecting many results.
