MediaFox uses the data supplied through platform integrations. The platform’s own interface can use a different refresh time, date boundary, metric definition, or set of content.
Make a comparable check
- Use the same pages, period, and timezone.
- Compare the same metric and account-level or post-level scope.
- Read freshness, unsupported-data, and partial-coverage notices.
- Check whether a post list shows latest collected insights rather than activity only within the selected period.
Still different
Send support one metric, page, exact date range, and both values with their capture times. That provides a useful example without assuming either system lost data.
