Why is a feature missing from my navigation?
A missing menu item usually reflects feature availability or your access in that organization.

MediaFox does not show every tool to every member. The selected workspace, required role, add-on, and release status all matter.
Ask an owner to check
- That you are a member of the intended organization.
- That the feature is available and its add-on is enabled where required.
- That your account has the specific viewer or editor role.
- That the feature is not restricted to a pre-release environment.
After a change
Reload navigation after access is updated. Name the task you need to perform when asking for help so the owner can choose the relevant role.
