Which times use my organization timezone?

Read the timezone shown beside organization schedules, calendars, and reminders.

Vue d’ensemble

The posting calendar and organization scheduling conventions use the organization timezone. Daily reminder timing also uses that configured timezone, while some event timestamps can be localized for display.

Check before scheduling

Review the full date and timezone in the control you are using. Compare a known post’s saved timestamp with Calendar when your device is in another region. Midnight boundaries can put an item on a different calendar day.

Change shared settings carefully

An owner can review regional defaults in Manage Organization. Tell the team about changes, and do not assume every exported timestamp or public Link Tree control uses the same display convention without reading its label.
