Where can I see whether MediaFox is experiencing an incident?
Open System Status from the MediaFox footer.

Vue d’ensemble
System Status shows overall health, service groups, and available history. It is a useful first check when a feature fails for more than one item or teammate.
Check the relevant service
Read the current summary, expand the service involved, and inspect the history around the time of your error. A warning or error can explain why retrying immediately does not help.
Everything looks healthy
Continue with the feature’s troubleshooting guide. A page-specific authorization, permission, or data problem may not appear as a service incident. Include your error time and the relevant service state in a support report.
