Vue d’ensemble
A bulk job can be saved while some entries are still waiting or have failed. First determine whether the problem is saving the job, generating posts, or publishing an already-generated post.
Check the affected stage
- Editor validation: correct the date, daily time window, posts per day, media, or platform settings named in the message.
- Pending generation: check whether the entry is within the next 24 hours and whether the job is paused.
- Slot conflicts: review the collision window and whether all scheduled posts are included.
- Publishing failure: open the generated post’s details and read its platform response.
Preserve completed work
After a timeout, inspect the saved job and generated posts before creating a replacement batch. For partial failures, recover the affected entries rather than duplicating successful ones.
