Configure a bulk time range
Choose the days and daily publishing window for a bulk job.

Vue d’ensemble
The start date, daily start and end times, and posts-per-day value determine how a batch is spread out. The planner shows projected entries and a projected completion date.
Set the schedule
- Choose a start date
Use the scheduling section of the bulk editor and check the displayed timezone.
- Set the daily window
Enter valid start and end times, then choose a positive posts-per-day value that fits your plan.
- Review the projection
Check the total entries and estimated completion. Adjust the daily window or frequency if the batch runs longer than intended.
Projection changes
Collision handling can affect exact slots. Check generated posts in Calendar rather than treating the initial estimate as a guarantee of every final time.
