Remove a user from an organization
End a member’s access to a shared workspace.

Removing a member affects their access to the organization’s pages, calendars, reports, and other shared tools. It does not delete their personal MediaFox account.
Remove access
- Review responsibilities
Check whether work or ownership needs to be handed over before removing the person.
- Choose the member
In User Management, verify the name and account, then use the removal action.
- Confirm
Read the warning and wait for success. User-edit permission and sufficient role rank are required.
