Timezone and week start affect how your team reads schedules and calendar columns. These are organization settings, not a copy of each member’s device preferences.

- Open regional settings
In Manage Organization, find country, language, timezone, and week-start controls.
- Choose values
Use the timezone your publishing plan follows and the calendar convention your team expects.
- Save and review
Check Calendar and a known scheduled post after saving. Tell teammates about changes that affect how they read dates.
Personal preferences differ
A member’s interface language is separate from the organization’s language. Before changing a schedule, compare its displayed timezone and timestamp rather than assuming your local clock is being used.
