Find a comment, read the conversation, and reply or moderate it.

Vue d’ensemble
Comments Central brings supported comments from your connected pages into one place. Your organization needs the add-on, and the available actions depend on the platform and your access.
Review a comment
- Find the conversation
Open Comments Central and select the page or search for words in the comment. Widen the date range if it does not appear.
- Read the thread
Open the comment to read its parent and replies before deciding how to respond.
- Take an action
Write a reply, or use Hide, Unhide, or Delete where offered. Review any confirmation before deleting.
- Check the result
Wait for the action to complete and check the thread. If sending failed, verify whether the reply reached the platform before sending it again.
Use care with deletion
Deleting a comment is permanent. Hiding, when supported, is a separate action that can usually be reversed with Unhide.
