Delete and restore an organization
Understand the seven-day recovery window before closing a workspace.

Vue d’ensemble
Organization deletion affects the entire shared workspace. MediaFox schedules permanent deletion after seven days; data cannot be restored after permanent deletion.
Review the closure
- Plan the handover
Check members, connected pages, scheduled work, reports, and information the team still needs.
- Start deletion
An owner uses the Danger zone in Manage Organization and reads the confirmation for the exact workspace.
- Keep the recovery message
If you need to reverse the request, use the emailed restoration link before it expires and before permanent deletion.
Do not wait until the deadline
Open the recovery link promptly if deletion was unintended. A failed or expired restoration link needs support attention; creating another organization will not restore the old data.
