Configure organization notification channels

Choose which shared events are delivered by email or Discord.

Vue d’ensemble

Where the notification system is enabled, owners can configure organization-level delivery for publishing, review requests, failures, connections, and system events. Personal Push and In-app choices are separate.

Choose shared delivery

  1. Open Notifications

    In Manage Organization, find Organization channels. If a coming-soon notice appears, these controls are not enabled for the workspace yet.

  2. Choose categories

    Enable the event types needed for each available Email or Discord channel.

  3. Choose delivery behavior

    Use immediate-only or immediate-plus-daily-reminder behavior where supported, then save.

Check the destination too

Email needs configured recipients, and Discord needs a working integration and channel. Enabling a category does not create a missing destination.
