Configure filtered words
Set words that should trigger a warning during post preparation.

Vue d’ensemble
The organization’s filtered-word settings help editors notice unwanted wording. A planner warning should be reviewed in context; it does not mean the text was automatically rewritten.
Maintain the list
- Open content moderation settings
Use Manage Organization with owner access and find the word-filter controls.
- Review defaults and custom words
Choose whether to use the MediaFox default filter and add or remove custom word entries.
- Save and test
Prepare a draft with representative wording and inspect the warning in Post Planner.
Explain the reason to editors
Tell your team whether a word is prohibited, sensitive, or simply needs review. A keyword match by itself does not understand the intended meaning of a sentence.
