Build your first reporting dashboard
Build a saved view of the social metrics you want to follow.

Vue d’ensemble
A reporting dashboard groups charts and tables for selected pages. Start with a small set of metrics that answers a question, such as which posts received the most engagement this month.
Build a useful first dashboard
- Create the dashboard
Open Reporting & Analytics, create a dashboard, and enter a recognizable name. Select at least one page or page group.
- Add widgets
Open Edit Widgets and add charts for the metrics you need. Choose metrics supported by your selected platforms.
- Choose the period
Set a date range and check the selected pages. A recent connection may not have enough history yet.
- Save and revisit
Save your widget layout. To see it on the organization home page, select this dashboard in Quick View.
Read empty results carefully
An empty metric can mean the platform does not provide it or data has not arrived yet. It does not necessarily mean the result is zero.
