Why is a comment action unavailable?
The platform, comment state, connection, or your access may not allow that action.
Overview
Being able to read a comment does not guarantee you can reply, hide, unhide, or delete it through the integration.
Check the thread and page
Refresh the thread in case someone already moderated the comment. Review the page’s connection and any spam warning. Confirm Comments Central availability and your relevant access.
Unsupported action
Use the original platform’s moderation tools where appropriate. Do not keep retrying an action that MediaFox marks unsupported, and check whether a timed-out reply was sent before writing another one.
