Why is a connected page showing a warning or error?
Open the health details to distinguish an expiry, missing permission, or platform restriction.
Overview
Page health summarizes the connection, but its detail explains the problem. A warning can affect an optional feature while an error can block required operations.
Check the connection
- Read health details
Open the page’s warning in Page Management and note the issue named.
- Use the indicated recovery
Reauthorize for an expired or incomplete authorization. Review platform spam or account restrictions separately.
- Check affected work
After recovery, inspect scheduled and failed posts instead of assuming they were retried automatically.
Collecting data is different
A newly connected page can still be building its reporting history. That does not necessarily indicate a broken connection.
