Overview
Removing an organization add-on can hide its navigation and interrupt configured integrations or exports. It does not delete data already delivered to an external service.
Before removal
Read the add-on’s confirmation, review its configuration and dependent schedules, and tell teammates who use it. Keep any settings you need through an approved handover process.
After removal
Check related workflows and result messages. Re-enabling does not guarantee every previous configuration or retained item will be restored; review the specific add-on instead of assuming all add-ons share one retention rule.
