What happens after Save & Schedule?
Check that your post was saved and understand what happens before it appears publicly.
Overview
A successful Save & Schedule stores the post for its scheduled time. Uploading, platform processing, and publishing can still take time, so a save confirmation is not proof that a post is already public.
Verify the result
- Read the confirmation
Wait for the success dialog and review the post preview.
- Find the post
Open it in Calendar or Content Search and check its schedule and state.
- Check publication later
At publishing time, use Post Details to see progress or any platform failure. Open the original post once available.
Avoid duplicates
If a save appears to time out, check for the post before creating it again. Use the create-another-post action only when you intend to make a separate post.
Availability and access
This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
