Select pages, groups, and favorites
Choose the social identities that should receive your post.
Overview
Page selection determines the platforms, validation rules, and previews shown in Post Planner. A page group is a convenient saved selection, while favorites help you find frequently used pages.
Choose recipients
- Search or open a group
In Channels, search for a page, use a group, or find a favorite.
- Select pages
Select each intended page, including across platforms if needed. Review the selected count and names.
- Read issue badges
Check warnings such as an expired token before continuing. Remove pages that should not receive this post.
Before saving
Review every selected page’s content and schedule. Selecting several pages does not guarantee that the same media or settings will be valid on all their platforms.
Availability and access
This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
