Add media from the Media Library
Reuse an organization file in a new post.
Overview
The Media Library picker lets you select previously uploaded files without uploading them again. The organization needs the Media Library add-on and you need access to the files.
Choose library media
- Open the picker
In Post Planner’s media controls, choose the Media Library option.
- Find the file
Search and use the available image, video, or aspect-ratio filters. Browse additional pages of results if needed.
- Add your selection
Select the intended files and confirm. Review the resulting post preview and validation.
No matching file
Clear picker filters and check that you are in the right organization. A file being available in the library does not make it compatible with every platform or post format.

Availability depends on your organization access and assigned permissions.
