Troubleshoot TikTok creator information

Overview
Post Planner needs TikTok’s current creator information to validate a post. The error message helps distinguish an expired connection from a temporary rate limit or an account restriction.
Check the cause
- Read the message
Look for authentication, posting-limit, restriction, or temporary-unavailability details.
- Check the account
Open the TikTok page in Page Management and inspect connection health and creator information. Reauthorize if required.
- Retry appropriately
Wait before retrying a rate-limited request. After reconnecting, reopen the planner and review the newly available options.
Still blocked
Contact support with the page ID and exact message. Repeated retries cannot remove a TikTok account restriction or grant article-link eligibility.

This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
