TikTok creator information determines options such as visibility and maximum video duration. Some controls can be unavailable because of account restrictions, not a problem with your post.

Check each TikTok setting

Choose a supported video or photo-post format and resolve its media validation.
Select visibility and review comments, Duet, and Stitch where available.
Review draft mode, music, and promotional-content or brand disclosures that apply to your content.
Use an article-link anchor or call to action only if the account and destination are eligible.
Read and complete the TikTok confirmations before saving.

Creator information is unavailable

Wait for it to load or follow the specific retry or reconnection message. Do not assume that an older cached setting is still valid for the next publication.
