Schedule all selected pages together or stagger them
Apply one publishing time or space posts apart across pages.
Overview
The schedule setter applies a start time to selected pages. A zero-minute step uses the same time for each page; a positive step spaces their schedules apart.
Apply a schedule
- Choose a start
In the scheduling controls, enter a future date and time and check the timezone.
- Set the interval
Use 0 for simultaneous scheduling or a positive whole number of minutes to stagger pages. Apply the schedule.
- Review individual times
Inspect each page’s time and adjust individual schedules where needed before saving.
Be careful with Now
Now, or a time already in the past, can start publishing after saving. Before confirming a staggered schedule, check that the last page’s calculated time is also suitable.

This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
