Review collisions and warnings before saving
Check nearby schedules, repeated content, and connection warnings before publishing.
Overview
The Review step can flag time, link, or content collisions with other posts. These checks help you spot unintended repetition; a warning needs your judgment, while a validation error needs correction.
Review the warnings
- Read page-specific results
Check which page and post caused each collision. Review the organization’s collision-search radius.
- Correct the cause
Adjust schedules or content where appropriate. For an expiry warning, renew the connection before its publishing time.
- Run checks again
Use Re-run check after changes or if another teammate may have scheduled new content.
A check failed to load
Retry the check before assuming there are no collisions. Blacklist warnings and missing permissions are separate from schedule collisions and may need different fixes.
Availability and access
This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
