Request review instead of publishing directly
Send a prepared post to an approver before it enters the publishing queue.
Overview
Request Review is useful when a teammate must approve content. Agree on who will review it and leave enough time before the intended publishing date.
Request approval
- Prepare the post
Complete page selection, copy, media, platform settings, and the proposed schedule in Post Planner.
- Enable Request Review
In Review, turn on the request-review option and complete the save action.
- Check the review list
Open Reviews & Drafts to confirm the post is waiting for approval. Tell the reviewer when a deadline matters.
Approval and timing
Approval uses the post’s schedule unless the approver changes it. If that time has passed, the approver should choose a suitable future time before accepting.
Availability and access
This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
