Facebook publishing settings and limits

Review the Facebook format, media, and settings for your post.

Overview

Facebook Feed, Reel, and Story formats have different requirements. Choose the intended format before finalizing your media and read Post Planner’s validation for that selection.

Before scheduling Facebook content

Check the posting type and any overlay or comment setting offered for it.
Review the media combination, count, dimensions, and video duration messages.
Check the Facebook caption version and preview, particularly for multi-platform posts.
Resolve connection and permission warnings in Page Management.

Format unavailable or rejected

Use a supported format or adjust the media to the planner’s requirements. Platform-native tools may offer formats or combinations that are not available through MediaFox’s connection.

Core

This feature does not require an add-on, although permissions or organization settings may still apply.
