Why can’t I see a menu item?
Find out whether a missing tool needs another role, an add-on, or organization access.

Vue d’ensemble
MediaFox only shows navigation items available to your account in the current organization. Two members of the same team can therefore see different menus.
Check these settings
- Organization: confirm you opened the workspace that owns the feature or content.
- Roles: ask an owner to check whether you have the relevant viewer or editor permission.
- Add-ons: tools such as FoxLink and Comments Central need the organization’s add-on enabled.
- Availability: some features are restricted or still in pre-release and are not available in the public product.
After access changes
Reload the page after an owner updates your access. If the tool is still missing, include the organization name and the tool you expected when asking for help.
