Troubleshoot the Discord Bot
Check authorization, channel access, and saved settings when Discord delivery fails.

Vue d’ensemble
First identify whether setup failed or an already-connected bot stopped delivering. Keep the configured channel and server in view while investigating.
Check the delivery path
- Blocked authorization window: allow popups for MediaFox and restart setup.
- No channels: check the authorized server and the bot’s channel access in Discord.
- Save error: reload configuration to see which settings were actually stored.
- No messages: check the active state, selected events, organization policy where available, and Send Test Message.
Reconnect only when needed
Check whether removal will interrupt other notifications before reconnecting. Include the failing stage and message in a support request, without sharing private authorization links or tokens.
