Vue d’ensemble
Authorization can fail before the popup opens, during platform consent, when listing eligible pages, or while saving a connection. Read the stage and exact message.
Match the symptom
- Popup blocked: allow MediaFox popups and restart.
- Canceled or expired: restart the authorization using the intended platform account.
- No eligible pages: check account type, page ownership/access, and granted permissions.
- Expired connection: reauthorize the affected page in Page Management.
- Partial connection: keep successful pages and retry only failed selections.
Persistent failure
Record the platform, organization, page name, stage, and error. Never send access tokens, cookies, or complete private callback URLs in a support message.
