Troubleshoot scheduled or failed posts
Find out whether a post is waiting, failed, or already published.

Vue d’ensemble
Start in Post Details and read the current state, schedule, and logs. A post that is still being processed needs a different response from one rejected by the platform.
Investigate publication
- Verify the time
Check the full scheduled date and organization timezone. A past time can publish immediately.
- Read the failure
Inspect the platform response for content validation, connection expiry, or account/API restrictions.
- Correct and recover
Fix the specific cause. Before Retry posting, check the original platform for an already-published copy.
Escalate with context
Provide the post and page IDs, time, error, and actions already tried. Do not recreate the post repeatedly while its publication result is uncertain.
