Troubleshoot “no eligible pages or channels found”
Check why the authorized account has no pages available to connect.

This message means MediaFox did not receive an eligible page or channel from the authorized account. It does not necessarily mean the page was deleted.
Check eligibility
- Confirm the account in the platform’s authorization window, especially if several accounts are signed in.
- Check that the platform account can manage the intended Page, channel, or profile.
- Check account type and linked-page requirements for Instagram.
- Review the permissions granted during authorization and whether the page is already connected.
Retry after correcting access
Restart the platform connection once you have corrected the account or permissions. If it still fails, provide the platform, page name, and error message to support. Do not send access tokens.
