Troubleshoot exports
Check report support, authorization, and delivery when an export fails.

Vue d’ensemble
An export can fail while generating the report or while delivering it. Use export history and the dialog’s message to locate the problem.
Check the likely cause
- Missing content: review unsupported widgets and the selected scope.
- Blocked start: check reporting access, required add-ons, and any authorization popup.
- Generation failure: inspect PDF assets and try a smaller supported selection.
- Delivery failure: check destination connection, filename, directory, and recipients.
- YouTube block: resolve stale or unknown refresh status before exporting.
Avoid duplicate runs
Check queued and running jobs before submitting another. Respect the manual-run cooldown, then retry only after correcting the reported cause.
