Troubleshoot a blocked authorization popup

Allow the sign-in window needed to connect a social account.

Vue d’ensemble

MediaFox opens platform authorization in a separate window. If your browser blocks it, the connection cannot proceed even though the waiting dialog is visible.

Restore the authorization window

Allow popups for MediaFox
Use the browser’s blocked-popup indicator or site settings. Limit the change to the MediaFox site if possible.
Start again
Return to Page Management and restart the connection. Complete authorization in the new window.
Wait for the result
Keep the MediaFox waiting dialog open until authorization and page selection finish.

Another error appears

Canceled means the authorization ended before completion. Start failed means the authorization could not be prepared. Reload and retry a temporary failure; if it persists, record the exact message and platform for support.
