Vue d’ensemble
Templates combine a visual layout with supplied or automatically resolved content. A saved design and the image generated from it are separate objects.
Template terms
- Input: a field someone fills when using the template.
- Macro: a reference to available post or page information.
- Layer: an element’s place in the stack. Canvas: the output area and dimensions.
- Safe area: a placement guide for avoiding likely crops or interface overlays.
- Render: generates the final image from the design and values.
Changes need another render
Editing an input or reusable template does not automatically change an image already added to a post. Generate and inspect a new output when the content changes.
