Schedule automatic exports
Send reports on a recurring schedule using an available export destination.

Vue d’ensemble
Automatic exports need reporting-edit access and any integration required by their destination. Set the report scope and recipients as carefully as the schedule.
Configure a scheduled export
- Choose the destination
Open the dashboard’s export scheduling controls and select an available destination, such as email or Amazon S3.
- Set the output
Choose a supported file type, filename, directory, timestamp option, and recipients where offered.
- Set timing and scope
Choose the interval and time of day, check the applicable timezone and data period, then save.
- Review a run
Check export history and inspect the delivered file.
Integration changes
Removing a required add-on or disconnecting a destination can stop delivery. Review recipients and storage access whenever responsibility for a report changes.
