Run an export now and read export history
Trigger a saved export and check whether it was queued, completed, or failed.

Vue d’ensemble
Run now submits an export job; it does not guarantee immediate delivery. The history distinguishes queued, running, successful, and failed attempts.
Check an export run
- Open export controls
Select the intended dashboard and configured export. Review its destination and scope.
- Run once
Use Run now where available. An already-queued message means you should wait for the existing job.
- Read history
Check the attempt’s state, time, result, and any error. Inspect the delivered output after success.
Cooldown or failure
Manual runs have a ten-minute cooldown. Correct a failed destination, authorization, or format issue before retrying; repeated clicks do not make a running export complete faster.
